Hi Lesley,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that we had a fabulous time staying at Bacaya and to say thanks for your attentive customer service in the lead up to our stay. It definitely made a difference to our holiday knowing that everything was well taken care of.

I will pass on your details to friends if they are looking for a recommendation and we'll be in touch next time we plan a trip to Koh Samui.
